Regina has more than a decade of experience in planning, project management, and community development. She specializes in facilitating complex planning efforts, fostering collaboration across public agencies, and building consensus among local officials, staff, and community members. Her combined public- and private-sector experience gives her a nuanced perspective on balancing operational priorities with community impact. Regina applies this expertise to justice facility planning, helping agencies define strategic direction and implement sustainable, community-aligned solutions that reflect long-term development goals and the needs of diverse stakeholders.

What's your favorite CGL project you've worked on?

My favorite project so far has been our owner’s representation project in Washington, D.C. It’s a large-scale project that showcases a breadth and depth of knowledge from across CGL and our partners, speaks to how community-driven and supported projects need to be, and allows me to bring my own expertise to a critical project manager role.

What's your favorite part about working at CGL?

The people. I have a great team; they are supportive, flexible, highly intelligent, fun-loving and so much more. Their care extends beyond the work itself to the people affected by it and the staff performing it.

Where in the world would you like to travel to next?

I would love to travel with my family and a close group of friends to Antarctica. That’s likely a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we could all have it together.
