Chris is a professional engineer capable of directing all project engineering, capital expenditures, maintenance, and utilities for multi-unit campus facilities. He is responsible for the formulation and monitoring of multi-million dollar budgets for capital expenditures and day-to-day operations. He has managed engineering organizations of engineers, designers, and contract administrators. With experience as both a consultant and an owner’s representative, Chris understands the full lifecycle of small- and large-scale capital/manufacturing projects.
