What's your favorite CGL project you've worked on?
I would have to say the Alabama DOC project, a 4,000-bed specialized men’s correctional facility in Elmore County, Alabama.
Roy has 35 years of construction management and administration experience and proven success of corporate and government policies, guidelines and procedures. He has successfully managed multimillion-dollar public and government projects. Roy has strong experience with document controls, warranties, DSA close-out documentation, monthly pay applications, addendums, change orders, contract agreements, project specifications, quality assurance reviews, board write-ups, front end documents, bid and award projects, notice to proceed, and accounts payable and receivable responsibilities.
