I most identify with ‘Make It Better.’ My motto is “stay positive, work hard, and make it happen” and my goal is to leave a positive footprint wherever I go and with whomever I encounter.
As Recruiting Manager for CGL, Tammy oversees the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes of employees. Using her excellent communication, management, and problem-solving skills, Tammy works closely with CGL’s leadership and HR teams to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and opportunities. With more than 20 years of experience, Tammy brings a wealth of expertise in talent acquisition and recruiting, operations management, process improvement, and workforce development. She has experience in corporate and agency recruiting across multiple industries including transportation and logistics, commercial and industrial real estate, state and federal governments, healthcare, advanced education, and information technology. In her previous roles, she managed recruitment functions across matrixed organizations and has overseen national and offshore recruiting functions. Additionally, she has played leading roles developing, reorganizing, streamlining, and strengthening talent acquisition departments to maximize performance and enhance organizational growth. Tammy is a graduate of The Robert W. Plaster School of Business at Park University in Parkville, Missouri.
