I feel like it’s essential to always strive to ‘Do the Right Thing,’ not just for us at CGL but for everyone involved. Integrity and ethics should guide our actions in every decision we make.
As regional operations manager, Chad currently leads a staff of seven at the Forsyth County Jail and Courthouse. In his role, Chad establishes work standards for maintenance staff, conducts site evaluations/audits, monitors inventory/equipment usages, conducts employee performance appraisals, maintains budget control and customer relations, and ensures proper training and safety for all on-site staff. Recently, Chad and his team were awarded CGL’s FM Quarterly Safety Award for their continued commitment to safety for the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.
