Tamara has over 35 years of experience, including over two decades dedicated to justice and civic architecture. She has led the design and delivery of complex facilities across the country, including detention centers, courthouses, forensic labs, and behavioral health spaces. Tamara is known for her thoughtful, human-centered approach that balances innovation with functionality to support diverse user needs. A recognized leader in the justice design community, she actively contributes to national conversations on design and sustainability and has held leadership roles in professional organizations focused on justice architecture and public-sector design.
