Scott Elliott, CCHP

Scott brings over 14 years of experience in correctional healthcare operations, supply chain leadership, and project management, including senior roles in one of the nation’s largest integrated health systems. There, he led enterprise initiatives in procurement, logistics, and process improvement, managing more than $1 billion in annual spend. At CGL, Scott supports justice agencies in evaluating healthcare delivery models, improving operational efficiency, and planning care environments that address population health needs and align with system-wide standards of care.
