The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities
With 22 years of seasoned experience in facilities operations and HVAC, Marshall provides hands-on expertise to his projects. He has experience with all types of HVAC from residential to 1000-ton chillers and currently oversees three million square feet of space and 30 employees. Marshall is responsible for the technical and administrative oversight of facility maintenance service provided to our clients. His overall operational responsibilities include the review of work order reports to ensure timely and accurate completion of corrective and preventative maintenance, compliance with terms of the contract, early detection of equipment issues and trends, discovery of opportunities for improvement, and budget performance.
