Eric has more than 35 years of experience managing all aspects of design, planning, and construction for large-scale, multimillion-dollar local, state, and federal correctional facilities across the United States. Eric served as project manager for the Federal Bureau of Prisons from 1991 to 2016. In his tenure with the government, he leveraged his security knowledge on various government projects and trained law enforcement professionals in all aspects of security. Prior to his government service, he worked with the Louisiana Department of Public Safety, where his duties included SWAT and firearms instruction. Eric’s work with private sector construction focused on promoting future growth in the justice and essential services market to drive exceptional project delivery performance.
