Chad has 16 years of experience in the oversight and maintenance of a variety of facilities, including correctional facilities, courthouses, and county buildings. As regional operations manager, Chad currently leads a staff of 35 at 17 separate facilities totaling over four million square feet. In his role, Chad establishes work standards for maintenance staff, conducts site evaluations/audits, monitors inventory/equipment usage, conducts employee performance appraisals, maintains budget control and customer relations, and ensures proper training and safety for all on-site staff.
