Ting has dedicated 10 years of her architectural career to the design of justice facilities. She is passionate about all facets of design efforts, from pre-design to construction administration. She works closely with partner architects, consultants, and clients to meet operational needs and provide innovative responses for court and justice design.

What's your favorite part about working at CGL?

I love that our work is mission driven at CGL, we broadly engage expertise from different backgrounds and dedicate to provide well rounded services. I enjoy the learning opportunities this workplace provides and the path that I can contribute and develop along the way.

Which core value do you relate to the most?

I would consider “Care About People” is the key to tie all the rest of core values together. It makes a huge difference to proceed every step deliberately with kindness and thoughtfulness.

If you could pick one superpower - what would it be and why?

I wish I could teleport to anywhere in no time. There are so many things I would love to do; I just hope between one thing to another I could skip stinky subway and traffic.
