He has a proven record of successfully overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction projects and infrastructure for government and private-sector clients spanning the nation. Ross has managed over 60 correctional facilities from design to certificate of occupancy. His experience is backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions.

What's your favorite CGL project you've worked on?

My favorite project at CGL would have to be Plumas County Jail. If you’ve ever met the folks there or interacted with this client, you’d immediately know why – they are just good people. When the client was challenged with a limited budget for this project, the County and CGL collaborated, working together to get creative to find ways to make their dollars stretch and keep them aligned and within budget. This client shows their appreciation and gratitude to CGL and others, daily. It is a pleasure working with this team!

Which core value do you relate to the most?

The core value that means the most to me, is always, ‘Do the Right Thing’. My thoughts are as follows: if you do the right thing, all other things will fall in line – thus all other core values are always supported!

Where in the world would you like to travel to next?

If I could travel anywhere, it would be to visit as many U.S. National Parks as possible. So many wish to travel and span the globe, seeing all the world has to offer, yet our nation is one of the most beautiful places with a magnificent natural landscape, right here, in our backyards! These are all on my bucket list!
