What's your favorite part about working at CGL?

What I enjoy most about working at CGL is the comradery. From the moment I walked into the office I felt at home and welcome. CGL employees are encouraged to be themselves and that shines through in their actions.

Which core value do you relate to the most?

The core value I identify with the most is 4. Care about people. The world we live in today can be harsh at times. I want our CGL employees to know that we are always striving to do what is best for them.

If you could pick one superpower - what would it be and why?

I would like to tell people that the size of their courage and resilience is bigger than the size of their pain. My superpower would be that they believe me.
