Jason has more than 26 years of experience in correctional compliance, auditing, and operations. As former Chief Compliance Officer for the Illinois Department of Corrections, he led statewide policy implementation and directed the Jail and Detention Standards Unit overseeing 98 county jails and municipalities. His expertise spans PREA compliance, ACA accreditation, and NIC standards. At CGL, Jason applies this experience to help agencies nationwide improve operations, align with best practices, and achieve sustainable compliance.
