Jake Walker

Business Development Manager

A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Jake grew up in a corrections family and has been immersed in the field since birth. Before joining CGL, he spent multiple years in business development and account management on both the pharmaceutical and commissary sides of corrections. A graduate of the University of Alabama, Jake is a die-hard college football fan as well as an avid hockey fan, having played the sport at various levels throughout his life.

Which core value do you relate to the most?

I most identify with core value #2 – Strive for Excellence. I believe if you put in your best effort to work hard in everything you do, not only will you eventually succeed but it can also help and push others around you to improve, leading to team success and growth.

What's your favorite part about working at CGL?

My favorite part about CGL through this process of coming on board has been how helpful and engaging the team has been.

If you could pick one superpower - what would it be and why?

A unique superpower I would like is the ability to understand and speak any language in the world. This would be very cool to be able to speak with and interact with any person in any place across the globe.
