He has overseen projects totaling over $900 million, ranging from office spaces to large-scale, multi-facility developments. Chris specializes in improving operations, implementing best practices, and driving cost-saving initiatives. Throughout his career, he has reduced expenses through vendor consolidation, establishing preventative maintenance programs, and utilizing technology to improve efficiency. His expertise includes budgeting, contract negotiations, vendor management, and risk mitigation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver long-term value for clients.

Which core value do you relate to the most?

It’s really hard to pick one, but if I have to, I would say “Strive for Excellence,” with :Do the Right Thing” a close second. I have always looked at facilities as something that impacts an employee greatly and on a daily basis. We should always be working towards excellence and providing the facilities that best let people do their work in an inviting environment and in the most efficient way possible.

What's your favorite part about working at CGL?

I enjoy the flexibility, and what attracted me to the position is the chance to learn a new industry and how the facilities I will be working on are designed and used.

If you could pick one superpower - what would it be and why?

The ability to see the future. This ability would help to avoid bad things and also show you the good things that would happen based on your decisions and actions.
