Brett has extensive experience planning federal and state courthouses across the country, providing data analysis and projections, staffing estimates, space programming, pre-design guidelines, conceptual design, and phasing plans. His completed projects range in scale from single buildings to multi-facility master plans with millions of square feet.
Brett’s strengths include his understanding of justice facility needs and functions, his organizational sensibility, and his broad range of knowledge in justice system operations. Also, as an active member of Manhattan Community Board 4, he has gained valuable experience representing public interests on public and private projects and developments on the West Side of Manhattan.
