Ashley has been in the facilities management and services industry for more than 20 years, primarily in the education sector, and is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with a goal of growing CGL’s current market influence. Prior to joining CGL, Ashley was in sales and operations for companies like Aramark, Flagship, ABM and Schneider Electric.

What's your favorite part about working at CGL?

I like that there are so many people with such strong histories and backgrounds, making CGL stronger with each addition.

Which core value do you relate to the most?

If I’m totally honest, I identify with all five. They are so interconnected and synergistic. As a sales professional, I’ve always operated by the mantra “anyone can make one sale to a customer, but I want to be the person that they keep coming back to, over and over, year after year.” So, if you care about people (customers), you’re going to do the right thing and make it easier and better for them, always striving for excellence, allowing you to set your own path as you grow your career here at CGL.

If you could pick one superpower - what would it be and why?

As I get older, things don’t repair and regenerate like they used to with my body….so I’d like to have Captain America’s Super Soldier strength!!
