What's your favorite CGL project you've worked on?

My favorite projects are on staff engagement and the impact engagement has on staff retention.

Which core value do you relate to the most?

My favorite value is “Make It Better” because while it means different things for different departments, all actions are focused on an end result of making things better for the client and those the client serves.

If you could pick one superpower - what would it be and why?

My superpower would be the ability to understand all languages.
