Lebanon County Correctional Facility Maintenance

In late 2022, Lebanon County hired CGL to provide facility maintenance services at the County correctional facility. The County cited an emergency situation after the inability to
fill positions. The prison was constructed in 1987, has approximately 98,000 square feet and serves an inmate population of 645 beds.

CGL performs all preventive and reactive maintenance and life cycle management and provides maintenance tracking through CMMS software that contributes to a higher level of preventative maintenance. As part of this project, CGL provides project management for replacements and upgrades, facility conditions assessments, and annual capital budgeting for life cycle replacements/upgrades.

CGL also manages day-to-day maintenance service delivery. The Facility Manager reviews and issues work orders and schedules, manages procurement and inventories, develops and reviews budgets, and interacts daily with the Warden’s Office. CGL administers the CMMS to manage all work activity, client communication, and reporting. CGL’s corporate management provides contract management, executive oversight, and accounting, HR, and IT support.
