Baltimore Pre-Trial Complex

CGL provides the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) with a comprehensive preventive maintenance program at the Baltimore Pre-Trial Complex. The Baltimore Pre-Trial Complex is made up of 20 different buildings constructed between 1859 and 1995, and ranging in size from 3,300 square feet to 282,055 square feet.

CGL manages a staff of 45 technicians and corrections officers performing all maintenance services in the jail complex.

Our scope of services includes:

• Facility management
• Site utilities
• Hot water and steam systems
• Plumbing, sewer, and water control systems
• Electrical power, lighting, UPS, and emergency generators
• Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
• Security control systems (locks, cameras, intercoms, etc.)
• Elevator service agreements
• Fire alarm, fire sprinkler and fire suppression
