Mohave County Jail

CGL began working with Mohave County as a facility maintenance consultant. The original scope of work was to provide technical and constructability reviews related to maintenance of the new Mohave County Jail. As a result of our maintenance expertise, the County contracted our firm to provide facility maintenance services for the 250,000-square-foot jail facility.

Our maintenance model is based on prevention; regularly scheduled preventive maintenance is approximately two-thirds less expensive than corrective maintenance and one-sixth the cost of emergency maintenance. CGL ensures that the equipment in the Mohave County Jail, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems and more, are always in peak condition for optimal performance.
