CGL Companies Appoints Ted Perry as President of CGL Facility Management

Prior to becoming President, Perry served as Vice President of CGL Facility Management (CGL FM).
As President, Perry will be tasked with leading CGL FM’s overall strategic direction, guiding the department’s vision, and steering key initiatives to drive growth. Working closely with the CGL executive team, Perry will help ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional services and value to CGL’s clients and stakeholders. Perry’s leadership will be pivotal in nurturing the development of staff and optimizing processes, reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

Perry’s extensive experience in facility maintenance and management spans over 30 years and includes expertise in a variety of sectors such as corrections, higher education, hospitality, and retail. His responsibilities include overseeing facility management accounts across the United States and leading facility condition assessment business activities. Ted’s broad skill set, including licensure as a general contractor and certifications in HVAC and plumbing, allows him to effectively manage client satisfaction, resolve technical issues, and develop energy management plans to promote sustainability.
Ted possesses a Master of Business Administration with specializations in Operations and Management. He is a LEED Accredited Professional in Operations + Maintenance and holds licenses in HVAC, Plumbing, and General Contracting across multiple states. Additionally, he has earned certifications in Universal Freon, CPO (Certified Pool Operator), gas piping, and soil erosion control.
