The CGL Apprenticeship Program is a structured program which provides a career pathway for high-potential employees to acquire the necessary skills to transition into a more highly skilled position within the company. Participants are enrolled in a robust 12- to 24-month formal program which combines on-the-job training and mentorship; enrollment in an accredited technical college, trade school program or certificate program in their chosen trade; and skilled trades training courses offered throughout the United States led by industry experts. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, participants may receive certification in their chosen field and are promoted into a skilled trades position (i.e. Locksmith, Security Electronics Technician, Electrician, HVAC Technician or Plumber).
