Known for his collaborative leadership style, he actively engaged in committees during his tenure at Georgia Tech and Georgia State University focused on sustainability, risk management, and well-being. Recognized for excellence, he’s completed leadership development programs and received accolades such as the “Ben Mason Friend of Residence Life” at Georgia Tech. Beyond his professional achievements, Billy brings a breadth of skills and interests, including a First Dan Blackbelt in the World Tae-kwan-do Federation and an accomplished long-distance endurance cyclist.
