His expertise lies in implementing cost-effective strategies while upholding rigorous regulatory standards, and building teams through the People First approach.
Known for his collaborative leadership style, he actively engaged in committees during his tenure at Georgia Tech and Georgia State University focused on sustainability, risk management, and well-being. Recognized for excellence, he’s completed leadership development programs and received accolades such as the “Ben Mason Friend of Residence Life” at Georgia Tech. Beyond his professional achievements, Billy brings a breadth of skills and interests, including a First Dan Blackbelt in the World Tae-kwan-do Federation and an accomplished long-distance endurance cyclist. His certifications, including EPA 410A, EPA 608 Type 1, IAQ Mold Operations and Maintenance, and Certified Forklift Operator, reflect his commitment to continuous learning and growth.
