Pasco County Government Facilities Master Plan

CGL was retained by Pasco County to prepare a 20-year space utilization study for various government departments located throughout the County with the following objectives:
- Retain the history and character of Pasco County
- Address all known and existing deficiencies
- Improve quality of space for staff and public
- Ensure equity in space for functions based on standards
- Locate functions to foster communication and provide public services
- Maximize use of owned facilities and sites
- Develop a phased implementation plan
- Incorporate with the County’s long-range planning efforts
The plan supported the County’s Strategic Plan and vision as “Florida’s Premier County” by helping to achieve the four strategic objectives: create a thriving community; enhance quality of life; stimulate economic growth; and improve organizational growth. The total phasing plan included 35 projects with a total project cost range in June 2015 dollars of $452 to $588 million.
